Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

This service is operated by CLEARPATH DIGITAL S.R.L., Romania. Under Romanian and EU consumer protection rules for distance contracts (OUG 34/2014, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you purchased full access and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. All plans (1, 3 or 6 months) are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions — there is nothing to cancel, only a refund to request if you change your mind within the 14-day period.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@reasoning-test.eu from the email address registered on your account, including your purchase details. For security reasons, we can only process a refund request made from the account's registered email address, so that no one else can request a refund on an account that isn't theirs.

Processing time

Once a valid request is confirmed, the refund is processed to your original payment method via Stripe, in line with the legal deadline (without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of us being informed of your decision to withdraw). In practice, it is usually faster, and typically appears in your account within a few business days, depending on your bank.

After the 14-day period

Outside the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
